Thank you for getting in touch
All of our mail order bikes are first fully built and safety checked in workshop in the same manner as if they were being collected in store to ride away. So gears, brakes etc are all set up correctly.
We then minimally flat pack the bike for shipping.
This usually consists of the pedals being removed, the front wheel being removed and the handlebars removed.
Of course all of which will need refitting at your end.
